HOW IT WORKS

Silvitra 120 mg is a combination drug containing Sildenafil Citrate 100 mg (the active ingredient in Viagra) and Vardenafil 20 mg (the active ingredient in Levitra). These both components are PDE5 inhibitors. They work by blocking the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). By inhibiting this enzyme, the medication increases the levels of cyclic Guanosine Monophosphate (cGMP), which relaxes the smooth muscles in the penile blood vessels. This relaxation allows for significantly increased blood flow into the penis, resulting in an erection.

HOW TO TAKE

Take one tablet approximately 30 to 60 minutes before anticipated sexual activity. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. It can be taken with or without food. However, a high-fat meal may delay the onset of the drug's effects. Do not take more than one tablet in a 24-hour period.

SIDE EFFECTS

Most side effects are mild and temporary but because this is a dual-component pill, the intensity might be slightly higher for some users. The most common side effects are headache, flushing (redness of the face/neck), indigestion, nasal congestion, dizziness, mild blurring of vision or a temporary bluish tint to vision, priapism (an erection lasting longer than 4 hours), sudden vision/hearing loss, chest pain.

Do not consume grapefruit or grapefruit juice, as it can interfere with how the body metabolizes the medicine.
