HOW IT WORKS
Vilitra actually contains Vardenafil, not Sildenafil Citrate. While they belong to the same class of drugs, they are different molecules.
The main component of Vilitra is Vardenafil (a PDE5 inhibitor). It works by relaxing the smooth muscles in the blood vessels of the penis. HOW TO TAKE

MISSED DOSE
Since Vilitra is an as-needed medication, there is no set schedule for missing a dose. Simply take it when required.
SIDE EFFECTS
Most side effects are mild and temporary. They may include headache, dizziness, flushing (warmth or redness in the face/neck), stuffy or runny nose, indigestion or upset stomach, changes in vision (such as a blue tint or sensitivity to light).
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
Never take Vilitra if you are taking nitrate medications (often prescribed for chest pain), as this can cause a life-threatening drop in blood pressure.
Consult a doctor if you have a history of heart disease, recent stroke, or unstable blood pressure.
If an erection lasts longer than 4 hours, seek immediate medical emergency care to prevent permanent tissue damage.
