HOW IT WORKS

Fildena works by inhibiting an enzyme called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). When a man is sexually aroused, nitric oxide is released, increasing blood flow to the penis. Fildena blocks the PDE5 enzyme from breaking down this chemical messenger (cGMP), allowing for increased, sustained blood flow. HOW TO TAKE
